You have to be very careful. Women observe a fast and take their meals in the evening. They include a one time meal that can be rice, dal, chapaties anything but without anything sour in it. You should not eat anything sour on the day. Dont eat curd, imli or anything which includes curd and imli or any kind of sour stuff. Fridays in the month of Shravan are especially auspicious.
